In an environment that is quite challenging to get thing done, Matt was recognized for model effort in championing a cause and crossing the finishing line.  A specialist was struggling with placing a hold order.  Matt was able to ensure the she was able to get the order placed with the correct beneficiaries and created a job aid to address similar struggles in the future.
