Consumer Insights

The Consumer Insights team is made up of the Market Research, Business Intelligence, and Availability Management competencies. Our purpose is to uncover insights that enable Compassion USA to release more children from poverty in Jesus’ name via data, analytics, and research. Collectively, each year, we design, field, and analyze ~20 primary research studies, conduct 1200+ data extractions to enable marketing campaigns, develop and manage reports across all USA teams, conduct predictive analytics for more effective campaigns, overcome data integrity issues, and manage the global child pool on behalf of the USA. Our goal is to harness this work as much as possible towards the most critical business challenges – for FY18 this includes:

  1. rebuilding supporter trust
  2. engaging supporters more deeply
  3. accelerating growth with evangelicals
  4. innovating to improve supporter value
